Despite a crowdfunding strategy to break them up,Lesbian sex movies and some tweets and comments from a certain rapper, it looks like nothing can really slow down the love story between Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and singer Ciara.

The happy couple announced on Monday that they will be expecting their first child together.

Ciara shared the news with a black and white portrait of the couple looking cozy and holding her burgeoning baby belly. "On this special birthday I received an abundance of love from friends and family...and I'm excited to finally share one of the greatest gifts of all that God could give," she wrote before throwing in all the baby related emojis.

Wilson shared the same photo, commenting that it was "the greatest blessing of all."

The two wed in July 2016 after a highly publicized relationship—mostly due to messy lawsuits with her ex-boyfriend Future (with whom Ciara has a child) and their vows to remain celibate until marriage.
